12 month contract initially

Your new employer is seeking an Organisational Change Manager to?develop?and implement change management strategies for the implementation of a new ERP system.?

In this newly created role you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the stakeholder engagement plan and transformational change as delivered through project wide?change?initiatives, and the design and implementation of individual change plans within the various sub projects.?

You will also provide support and advice to the Project Managers and steering committee to ensure successful business transformation,?achieving?a more service oriented culture, and providing more robust and reliable process and services to their clients.?

As the?successful?candidate you will bring organisational change management expertise to the?implementation?of the required systems, processes, capabilities, frameworks, policies, governance and especially?cultural?change.

In addition you will require:

Demonstrated experience in successful change management delivery, particularly involving business process re-engineering , organisational re-design and business transformation projects in large organisations
Previous experience in the design of change programs and interventions
Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies
Strong project management skills and knowledge of Project Management approaches, methods and tools including PRINCE2
Qualifications in HR, Change Management, Psychology,?Business?or a related area.?
